By creating an account or using ClearPrice in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

2. What ClearPrice Is

ClearPrice is an AI-powered tool that generates property reports for real estate professionals. Reports include price analysis, MLS listing copy, comparable sales summaries, neighbourhood snapshots, and marketing content.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You must be a real estate professional or use ClearPrice in a lawful professional capacity.
• You are solely responsible for verifying all information in any report before presenting it to a client, publishing it on MLS, or using it in any transaction.
• You must not use ClearPrice output as a substitute for professional due diligence.
• You must not misrepresent AI-generated content as independently verified data.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClearPrice reports are provided AS IS. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any report. Property valuations are estimates only and may not reflect actual market value.

We are not responsible for any financial loss, professional liability, or damages arising from reliance on ClearPrice output.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClearPrice's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 30 days immediately prior to the claim.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. Where practical, we will notify you before taking action.

8. Intellectual Property

ClearPrice and its underlying technology are proprietary. You may use reports you generate for your own professional purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the platform or its outputs as a standalone product or service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ClearPrice shall be resolved in the courts of Lake County, Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will post the updated terms at this URL with a revised date. Continued use of ClearPrice after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
