  • Account information: your name, email address, and a hashed version of your password. We never store passwords in plain text.
  • Property data: addresses, condition notes, renovations, comparable sales, and any other property details you enter to generate a report.
  • Report history: generated report content is stored to your account so you can access it later.
  • Payment information: payments are processed securely by Stripe. ClearPrice never stores your card details — we only receive a token confirming a successful transaction.
  • Usage data: general analytics such as pages visited and reports generated, used to improve the product.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To generate, save, and display your property reports
  • To manage your account and subscription
  • To process payments via Stripe
  • To improve the accuracy and quality of ClearPrice reports over time

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your property data with other agents or users.

4. Data Storage & Security

  • Data is stored securely via Supabase infrastructure with row-level access controls.
  • Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
  • Report data is private to your account — other users cannot access it.
  • All data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS.

5. AI-Generated Content

Reports are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. ClearPrice does not guarantee the accuracy of any valuation, description, or recommendation produced. Property data is sourced from third-party providers and may not be complete or up to date. Agents are solely responsible for verifying all information before presenting it to clients or publishing it on any platform.

6. Your Rights

  • You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@clearprice.io.
  • You may access or export your report history at any time from your dashboard.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies required for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies that share data with external organisations.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the product evolves. We will post the updated policy at this URL with a revised date. Continued use of ClearPrice after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
